Grand Riverview Hotel, Kota Bharu



Receptionist was friendly in the beginning, but after a few repeated questions, (how was I to know there was a perbandaran tax that you had to pay in cash and it can't be included in your credit card bill??) she started to turn sour.


Bad:
The room was only given 1 key card. It's a 4 star hotel. If the occupancy is for 2 people, then you should give 2 cards. No questions asked.

Kalau member tu nak keluar pastu balik tengah2 malam, takkan nak kena berjaga sepanjang masa tunggu (which actually happened). Kedekut sangat card bilik baik upgrade kepada digital door lock. Bilik dibayar beratus..bukan free.

Key card was hard to activate. Tak boleh insert sampai bawah, kena naikkan sikit baru on lampu. (After a few attempts) Again.. How were we supposed to know that trick? Lain kali bagi tau masa kat reception counter.

Karpet ada sedikit berdebu. Perlu vacuum lebih sikit. Siap ada print seterika lagi..
Selimut tak berapa wangi. Mungkin recyle tak cuci. Mungkin.

Remote air cond manual kat jam sebelah katil. Try and error sebab tulisan dah tak nampak.

Toiletries dan cawan toothbrush semua mcm untuk kegunaan seorang. Padahal bayar untuk 2 katil. Nasib baik towel tak suruh kongsi satu.


Good:
Bilik luas.
Ada iron n iron board.
Signal TV terang.
Bathroom ada tub dan shower asing.
Bilik 408 menghadap sungai.
Kiblat dan sejadah.
